I love a good cupcake. Made these Blackberry Lemon cupcakes from scratch (recipe here) after I completely botched a box mix recipe - seriously, how does some one fail at making a box mix? Well, this girl sure managed to. These, however, turned out amazingly well. Guess I'll just stick to baking cupcakes from scratch OR I could just make the less than 5 minute walk to one of the two cupcake bakeries by my apartment ~ so tempting.
